Creating a Family is nonprofit providing unbiased accurate education and support for infertility or adoption based in North Carolina.  It offers a weekly radio show, newsletter and blog. 

C.A.S.E. is a trusted national – and international – resource on adoptive life for families, communities and professionals.  C.A.S.E. offers counseling, professional training, education, family forums, public awareness and advocacy programs and publications and multi-media resources.

The Donaldson Adoption Institute provides research, education and advocacy related to the adoption experience, foster care adoption, adoption support services and the modern family.

The Dave Thomas Foundation provides education and support to increase the number of adoptions from the foster care system.

Adoptive Families, the award-winning, national adoption magazine, is the leading adoption information source for families before, during and after adoption. 

Adopt US Kids offers an extensive database of children in U.S. foster care available for adoption and families who are home studied and approved to adopt them. 

The Department of State website has a ton of information related to international adoption.  Including the specific requirements of each country regarding adoption.
